Nar-Phu valley Trek is one of the popular trekking itineraries in the Annapurna Region which will leadthe trekkers into the far and isolated region of western Nepal. Nar-Phu Valley Trek was opened for the tourist only after 2003 AD and hence the previously it came under the restricted area trekking. The region of Nar-Phu Valley is mostly populated by the Nepalese of Tibetan origin. The tril leading to the valley has not been visited by many trekkers and the exotic landscapes are eagerly waiting to offer the mediaval Tibetan way of life in peacefull from, spectacular mountains observaion and huge alpine countryside. The main two town of Nar and Phu valley are stayied Gompa and tashi Gompa, whichare comparativly prominant. The maximum elevation you cover during the 18 days trekking devised by the Action Himalaya Advnture will be 5416 meter . Hence the trekking is the little challenging and moderately strenuous.

The starting spot for Nar-Phu Valley Trek is Beshishahar next to the trendy Annapurna curcuit trail. The trail to the valley is natural and uncharted taking trekkers to the region of Manang District. Day 8 : Trek to Kangla Phedi (4530m) – 3 Hrs Trek

Day 9 : Trek to Ngawal (3360m) via Kangla Pass (5350m)
